注册商标的转让的限制
注册商标的转让不得违反下列限制性规定：

类似商品使用同一个商标的，不得分割转让；

共同所有的商标，任何一方共有人不得私自转让；

没有依法履行转让法定程序的，转让无效，例如未经商标局核准的转让行为无效；

商标受让人在商标使用中，如果商品粗制滥造，以次充好，欺骗消费者的，其转让可能导致被商标局撤销。
