商标与专利注册管理

　　格鲁吉亚目前还没有自己的商标与专利法，现仍使用原苏联的商品与专利法。格鲁吉亚商标与专利注册管理属于格鲁吉亚专利局管辖。
　　
　　商品原产地规则

　　按有关规定在格鲁吉亚加工比例在60％以上的产品可视为格鲁吉亚产品，即可颁发格鲁吉亚原产地证书。格鲁吉亚原产地证书由格鲁吉亚工商会颁发。
